Anne Hughes recently did a session with my team. The brief: The team were going through a period of change, know that they would be supported to get outside their comfort zone and to start planning proactive fundraising and to feel excited by the opportunity of change.
The session was excellent, Anne engaged with the team in her usual down to earth “I have been in your shoes” way and took them on a journey, firstly about how important it is to engage people from the WHY and not the WHAT. Then we spent time on having the confidence and support to take themselves into that place of growth which doesn’t always feel comfortable.
The team were super engaged and are really keen to try the methods they learned.
