Replacing my annual International Woman's Day Lunch this event in one of Glasgow's finest settings is a wonderful opportunity for good food, good company & great conversations.
The day kicks off at 12noon with a sparkling reception and will be followed by a sumptuous three course lunch. Between each course we will be joined by a woman speaker who will reflect on what they know for sure on the other side of the pandemic.
Tickets are priced at £35 each. Tables of 10 can be purchased for £350 or individual tickets are available too.
On the day fundraising will be in aid of Children 1st.

Dr Suzanne Zeedyk
Dr. Suzanne Zeedyk is a research scientist fascinated by babies’ innate capacity to connect. Suzanne began her academic career at the University of Dundee, in the School of Psychology. In 2011, she set off an adventure to disseminate the Science of Connection to the public, by establishing an independent enterprise. Thus 2021 marks a landmark year for her: Ten years on, she is still on that adventure!
Suzanne’s core aspiration continues to be strengthening awareness of the decisions we take about caring for our children — because those choices are integrally connected to our vision for the kind of society we wish to build.

Elaine Livingstone is a freelance photographer based in Glasgow working on a variety of domestic and international photographic assignments for a wide range of clients including national press, magazines, publishers, charities, institutes and organisations. Elaine works on her own projects, and documents the stories of the people of her native city, featured daily in the long running portrait series Glasgow Lives, on Glasgow Live.
Elaine’s photography career began in journalism, she is the former picture-editor of the award winning Sunday Herald newspaper and The Herald magazine.
Elaine is a photographic mentor for the National Union of Journalists, amongst other organisations that she regularly collaborates with.
Pauline Scott is the Managing Director of TIGERS & owner of Lullaby Lane Nurseries. Pauline has 20 years’ experience in leading teams and working to ensure relationships occupy a central role in the values, practice, policies and vision of her businesses.
She is co-founder of ACE-Aware Nation and a mentor of "Inspiring Women in Leadership"
